My Homepage
My name is Yanxiang Zhao (see my CV). I am a Ph.D. from Department of Mathematics of the Pennsylvania State University under supervision of Verne M. Willaman professor Qiang Du.I am currently an assistant professor of Mathematics at the George Washington University.
My research focuses on mathematical biology and computational mathematics. I have been working on the phase field or diffuse interface approach for the modeling and simulations of some interfacial problems. I am currently working on phase field based variational implicit-solvent models for biomolecular interactions. Please see my research page for the details.
