The Conference will begin at 1:00pm on Friday, February 27, 2009 with Colloquium type intoductory talk about Quantum Computing titled "A Rosetta Stone for Quantum Computing" by S.Lomonaco.

It will finish by 5:00pm on Sunday, March 1, 2009.

Plenary speakers include Louis Kauffman, Slava Krushkal, Samuel Lomonaco and Lorenzo Traldi.
