Financial Support and Child Care
Limited partial financial support is available to offset expenses associated with attending the conference. Please indicate on the registration form (or if you have already registered, contact the organizers) if you are interested in receiving financial support.
Non-US Citizens receiving financial support will need to provide a copy of their green card or visa to Joseph Minich, either in person during the conference or by contacting him using the information below.
Local conference organizers will coordinate with The Galerstein Women's Center at UT Dallas to provide dependent care services for all participants who may require them. Please contact the organizers if you are planning to attend the conference with children and require child care arrangements.
All supported conference participants who did not fill out the reimbursment form need to download and
send it with all receipts to:
