Thank you, Yael!

I have forwarded the itineraries to Malawi to see that this fits with their schedule, and pending that notification, I will say go ahead with the ticketing before the March 10 deadline

I have a BA frequent flyer number #21407015.

I have forwarded this to Kevin Bergman who is going to check his schedule to learn if he can change the dates he might accompany us, and he will get back to me on this.

You may send all the ticketing when shipping to my address (attached) and I will be the one responsible for the shipping charges.

I believe you will be receiving the authorization letters from the CCAP (Church Central Africa, Presbyterian, Synod of Livingsonia) through Jodi McGill, and to confirm, we are all unpaid volunteers working for humanitarian and mission purposes paying our own expenses and not compensated by anyone for these donations.  We are likewise carrying a large amount of donated medical supplies to be given to Embangweni Mission Station for their use.

I will confirm for three of us, and await modification for the fourth of us, as soon as I hear back from our hosts, and will have all tickets for our group mailed to me.  If it speeds things up, they might also be billed to me, and I will furnish the appropriate information at the time of confirmation of the ticketing order for that to simplify your bookkeeping.

Thank you for your help, and I really appreciate your service!

Dear Mr Geelhoed,

Thank you for your email. I have made the following bookings which includes the fare, ticket deadline and ticket rules. Shipping can be charged once if tickets will be sent to one address. These are all booked on British Airways. However, I could not book it on the exact dates you had given as they do not fly to Lilongwe (or out of Lilongwe) every day. For DC to Lilongwe, the flights are only every Fridays and Saturdays. For the return, they only fly every Sundays. I have booked you on the nearest date available that I could get. For Mr Bergman, April 12 is not available into Lilongwe, so I have booked him on the first available date. I will try to get him on the date you specified, if I see it open up. Let me know if these dates would work  or if you have any questions.
