Here they are‑‑and you are going to love it!
These are the On‑Line Photos of the Big Horn Ultra‑‑‑all 54.3 miles ( more if you are lost off the trail!) and the scattered aid stations in the wilderness from 10,000 feet up where the air is fresh and the alpine wildflowers are spectacular!
The Roll is marked #30698606, but all you really have to do is to click on the icon and blow up the pictures to their full color glory‑‑and meet a few of my breathless friends along the way! You see Michelle at the start and at the finish, congratulating one of the pre‑dawn starters (C'est Moi!) and one of the finishers‑‑the new holder of the course record of 8:02 (Nez C'est Pas Moi!)
If you like, and have downloading time on your hands, the prior rolls are from the Himalayas, Antarctica, the Boston Marathon, Everest, Kazakhstan, Mindanao, Colorado Rockies, Philippines, and you still have not gone back further than into the year just past until you get to last year's Big Horn Ultra with the pictures of the Tarahumara on prior rolls!
If you have (and I do not) the email addresses of such folk as Ed Kim, Kevin, Jeff Johnson or other identifiable runners or aid station attendants, please feel free to forward ths note as a thank you for their presence, and encouragment, as I will need such to keep me coming back again for yet another year as one of (to use Michelle's inelegant words) the "Old Favorites" of this Ultra Run!
