   News: 

Chongzi received the "2008 Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-financed Student Abroad". He was the only one from Washington, DC area among 78 awardees in the United States.

In the Seventh Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Conference (APBC 2009) held in Beijing,  Chongzhi's poster received the best poster award.
