Paul J. Wahlbeck (Ph.D., Washington University, 1993; J.D., University of Illinois, 1986) is Professor of Political Science at George Washington University. He offers classes in judicial politics and research methods. His research explores legal change and argumentation, strategic interaction among justices, and institutional development. He is co-author of Crafting Law on the Supreme Court: The Collegial Game (Cambridge, 2000). His work has appeared in several journals, including the American Political Science Review, American Journal of Political Science, Journal of Politics, and Political Research Quarterly.
