KNOTS IN WASHINGTON
XII
May 10-12, 2001
The Twelfth Conference on Knot Theory and its Ramifications
The conference started on Thursday, May 10th, with a plenary talk by W. Goldman and continued through Friday and Saturday. Other plenary speakers (60 minute talks) were U. Kaiser, T. Kerler, Jan Dymara, L. Kauffman and S. Lomonaco. A number of shorter talks (20-40 minutes) were also given - see 'schedule'.
There was a pizza party Friday night at Jozef Przytycki's house. The photographs are from that event - see 'photos'.
Refreshments for the conference were kindly provided by Mike Veve of Argon Corporation.
You are always cordially invited to attend and give a talk at a future Knots in Washington conference. This regional conference is held every semester, in various locations in the Washington area (see http://home.gwu.edu/~przytyck/knots/index.html). There is no registration fee!
