As of May 2009, I have officially graduated with a Ph.D. from the Computer Science Department at The George Washington University.. On December 10, 2008, I defended my thesis titled: A Framework for Secure Mixnet-Based Electronic Voting; Advisers: Poorvi Vora and David Chaum.

I also have a B.S. diploma in computer science and engineering from "Politehnica" University of Bucharest, Romania.

I am working on electronic voting, as a founding member of the PunchScan and Scantegrity projects. I am also interested in Cryptography and Data Security. I am a fan of the Open Source Community. Please see a list of achievements in the Publications section.
