Welcome to my website.
I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Economics at The George Washington University. My research interests are development economics and labor economics. Most of my current research is focused on migration behavior and education choices, and how they interact under certain migration policies.
My job market paper argues that labor mobility restrictions, combined with selective migration policies, encouraged education in China. I test this hypothesis using a regression discontinuity design.
I am currently on the job market and will be available for interviews at the 2013 AEA meetings in San Diego.
