Welcome. I am a Professor of Mathematics in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences at The George Washington University in Washington, DC.

I direct the highly successful Summer Program for Women in Mathematics (SPWM) at GWU. This program started in 1995 and is funded by National Security Agency.

My research interests include numerical analysis, computational fluid dynamics and mathematics education.
