How to Use this Guide

This guide is best used by someone who is familiar with the Netscape browser. Netscape version 2.x or higher is required to use all the functionality included in the guide.

If you are a first-time user of this guide begin by reading the section titled "Information about this guide and it's contents." After you have read that section, you can proceed to the options available on the guide's home page. There are five options available for you.

They are:

  1. A link that will provide you with an Indiana State map and locations of specific state parks, forests, reservoirs, and historic sites. Each location on the map will provide you with information about that park, forest, reservoir, or historic site including directions to the park and programs and special events held at the location.

  2. A link that will provide you with a comprehensive list of Programs and Special Events by their type (For example, music, dance, sing-along, etc.)

  3. A link that will provide you with a comprehensive list of Programs and Special Events by their performers (For example, Foxfire, Linda Smith and the Tunes, etc.)

  4. A link that will provide you with a comprehensive list of Programs and Special Events by their dates (For example, July 4th, August 20th, etc.)

  5. An area where you can search for information in the Programs and Special Events Guide. You can use this search function by typing a word or phrase in the box and clicking on the submit button.
In addition to these five options, each page has one or more navigational buttons at the bottom of each page (as can be seen on this page). Also, each page has a help button at the bottom of the page. You can exit this guide by selecting the Netscape pulldown File menu and then selecting Exit.

Finally, comments can be sent to the developer of this site by using the "mailto" at the bottom of each page. This is accomplished by clicking on M. Corry (Note: You may have to add your e-mail address in the Netscape preferences section for this to work).
