Dr. Offermann (Ph.D., Syracuse
University) is a Professor of
Organizational Sciences and I/O Psychology and Director of the I/O Psychology
doctoral program. She has published extensively in the areas of
leadership, teams, and diversity in organizations, and currently serves on
the Editorial Board of Leadership Quarterly.
