Along Came a Spider
By John M. Artz
Plot Summary
Gershom Oxenstein is murdered in his apartment by an unknown
assailant. Local police assume that it is a revenge killing since
Oxenstein is well known for sleazy criminal behavior and are not
interested in pursuing the case any further. Wentworth is brought in by
Oxenstein's wife to track down the killer. He uncovers the killer
but the killer has a twin with a water tight alabi. Wentworth has to find
a way to prove which twin has the alabi and which twin committed the
murder.
Major Themes
This is a traditional 'who-dun-it' mystery. I'm not sure if there is a
theme. But if I think of something, I will put it here.
