CONSULTING EXPERIENCE:

• Planning scheduling and control of a number of development projects within the oil industry. Implementation of earn value analysis and earn value management system (EVA/EVMS) as part of Project control for more than 10 years for National Iranian Oil Company.

• Management of an information system development project for a 1000 bed Hospital for Ministry of Health in Iran. As the project manager I was responsible for management, EVA and control of the project.

• Lead academic advisor and Manager of an information system project for a manufacturing company in UK under TCS of UK .


RESEARCH AND PUBLICATIONS:

My research area of interest is Project System Dynamics and Plannin, in general and more specifically Project Planning and Control, Project Risk Analysis and Management, Systems Simulation.
