    Practice Problem 1 (Practice Problem 1 (due September 8th): Chapter 1.1 # 25, 27, 43, 49. Chapter 1.5: # 12, 30, 32, 38. Chapter 1.2: #5, 13.

    Recitation Problem 1: Chapter 1.2: # 8, 10, 14, 15.

    Practice Problem 2 (due September 15th): Chapter 1.6 # 13, 22, 26, 29, 42, 49.

    Recitation Problem 2: Chapter 1.6 # 11- 32, 41-46, 50, 51 and 52. Some problems are harder then others. Try first to solve them alone. Then with friends. If still no clue how, then ask professor or teaching assistant. It will be good if all the recitation problems are solved before September 20th.


    Practice Problem 3 (due September 27th): Chapter 2.1 # 9, 36, 40, 41. Chapter 2.2 # 3, 25, 27, 39.

    Practice Problem 4 (due October 4th): Chapter 2.2 # 8, 9, 10, 24, 28 (for #24 and #28 do not use derivative rules, but use the definition of derivative with the limit, see page 109). Chapter 2.3 #39, 43, 48.

    Practice Problem 5 (due October 11th): Chapter 2.4 # 14, 21, 47. Chapter 2.5 # 29, 44, 59.

    Recitation Problem 5 Chapter 2.4 # 1-24, 39-50. Chapter 2.5: 1-62. (Those are many problems. Try to do at least 5 a day in preparation for the quiz next week).
