Bornean Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOS)

Our lab supports the Bornean Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOS). BOS is an independent U.S. nonprofit (501c3) organization formed to support orangutan conservation. BOS supports a variety of projects in Indonesia and Malaysia that protect orangutans, wild and rehabilitated, and their natural habitats. Presently, we are collaborating with Dr. Carel van Schaik (University of Zurich), Dr. Cheryl Knott (Harvard University), and BOS to understand why orangutan foraging behaviors vary geographically. To join or support BOS, or to learn more about orangutans, please visit the BOS website. [click here]
