  1. There is only one God, who is the creator and sustainer of all that exists.  He neither sleeps nor has the need for nourishment.  He does not beget nor is He begotten.  He says ‘be’ and it is.  If all the people in the world would worship him it wouldn’t increase his dominion and if all the people would leave his worship it wouldn’t decrease his dominion.

  4. Among his creations was the Son of Adam; a creature who has free will and determines his own fate.  An innate characteristic of Man is fear; this fear is what causes them to begin to follow and bow down to what they see as supreme.  As Man began to worship the sun, moon, mountains, wind, and idols; God began to send to his creation Messengers to lead them to the straight way; the way that pleases their Creator and is away from misguidance.  These messengers were ordinary humans, but they were given miracles by their Creator so that their people may come to know the truth.  Most of the Messengers that held scriptures were approached by the Angel Gabriel who God blessed with knowledge.

  6. There hasn’t been a nation or tribe to whom God hasn’t sent a Prophet.  All of the Prophets called their people to do just, stay away from what is evil, and worship their Lord in his Oneness.  All of these messengers held the same message, but their laws were different and were according to their people and time.  Every time God sent a Messenger to the people, many rejected and those who followed didn’t remain on the message for long.  The scriptures were being altered to serve worldly purposes for ordinary men and the people would eventually return to their misguidance.

  8. Among the final Prophets was Moses.  God blessed him with many miracles and revealed to him the Torah (Taurath).  He was the one Prophet whom God spoke to Himself.  Moses foretold of a Messiah that would come in the future.  This Messiah that the people of Moses were expecting came in the form of Jesus, son of Mary.  God said ‘be’ and the virgin Mary conceived Jesus.  He was given miracles so his people would accept his message and to him was revealed the Gospels (Injeel).  Before his people would put him to death like the previous prophets, God took Jesus up to the heavens where he awaits to be sent back to this world.  Jesus told his companions that this would take place and he informed them of his Second coming.  Jesus also had told his companions about the next messenger; he would be a man by the title of Muhammad who would come to the people of Arabia.  Almost 600 years after Jesus was taken away, the Angel Gabriel was called upon for one last time to deliver the message to a man from the tribe of Qureysh by the name of Muhammad.  Among idol worshippers Muhammad, an unread man, lead the call to worship the One God.  He was the first among the Prophets to say that he would be the final one, the seal of the prophets.  Muhammad, the slave of God, brought the message that was meant for all people and which would remain current until the Day of Judgment.  To him was given the Qur’an, which God said that he would protect from alteration until the end of times. Muhammad taught his people that before the end of times, Jesus Son of Mary would descend (his second coming) to defeat the Antichrist at a time when the world would be upon disbelief.

  10. All people are required to follow the laws and teachings of the most recent messenger as the prior messages have been abrogated. Then again, God has given Man free will and he will ultimately be the architect of his own destruction. God will grant to his creation whatever they desire in this world, but at they end they must be prepared to answer for what their own hadns had wrought.

  12. The Day of Judgment will be the day when every person who ever walked the earth will be brought back alive to answer for what they had done in the world.  On that Day people will be judged upon whether they believed in God the way he prescribed and upon the good or bad they worked in this life.  There will be many people on that Day wishing to return to this life, so to correct what had done and to believe in His signs when they saw; but God will not send them back because he will know if He would they would do the same as they did before.  Among the many signs the final messenger told us about the Day of Judgment was that, when it comes near, earthquakes and natural disasters will be rampant.  Another was that killing and bloodshed will increase.

  14. God has decreed everything that happened and that will happen in the future.  “the pens have been lifted and the pages have dried.”  This doesn’t mean that Man doesn’t have free will.  Man is free to do whatever he desires and whatever he chooses has already been decreed (written).  All things are decreed by God, the good and the bad.  Some people may wonder why God has created Man and this world when he already knows the outcome; but who is to question the actions of the Creator?  He willed it and it was.  Perhaps He then wouldn’t have the people to praise Him and thank him for all of the bounties he blesses us with. He sent the Prophets as mercy upon mankind, it is up to them to take advantage of this and follow the guidance so to be among those who prosper in this life and the next.
